Weekly Content and Admin Pledge

Hi all, I just wanted to let you all know some of the weekly duties that need completing and what you can expect from your admin team.

I have spoken to Owen who is admin for the TGER Championship and I have spoken to the admin team from The Sprint & Sector 3 Championship side. These are what we are committed to ensuring will happen every week.

MONDAY:
The stewards for your league will hold a meeting to discuss incidents and findings will be posted on the forums. The links will be posted on the discord in the FIA findings section.

TUESDAY:
All Standings and trackers will be updated, which is why it is important that the stewarding is completed on Monday. Again links will be posted on the discord.

WEDNESDAY:
The admin for your league will post under race attendance on discord, you can then select whether you will be participating in the upcoming race. Please say either way so reserved can be selected if need be.

THURSDAY:
If there’s is any content available it will be posted on the forums or discord, with links. This may be driver interviews, driver/quote of the week, videos of overtakes etc...

FRIDAY:
Your league admin will announce the stewards that have been elected for the upcoming race. They will then be invited to the meeting on Monday where they will discuss incidents as stated above.

If there is any information about the race, it will also be made available on this day. For example at Monaco it’s hard to get out the way in qualifying, but ‘try to make sure that you are avoiding holding anyone up as it will be looked at by the stewards.’

SATURDAY/SUNDAY

These are race days for the respective leagues. Feel free to build hype in your series discussion page on the forums, or talk after the race. For Saturdays race this will be under the Top Gear E-Racing Championship in Chat Room. For Saturday it’ll be under Sprint Championship in the discord ‘Chat Room’ section.

If for whatever reason there is a delay to any of the above, you will be notified on discord.
